Shows the sign-in screen after too many attempts: an alert that sign-in is paused for 15 minutes with a countdown, why it happened, and a reset-password action. Luxury style: muted gold and olive, Cormorant Garamond headlines with Manrope, wide-tracked uppercase labels, no shadows. Comes with the full HTML and a DESIGN.md with light and dark colour tokens.
