Multi-step form wizard screen — mobile, playful style

Multi-step form wizard screen for a mobile app, designed for Brightpath, a fictional education product. Shows a five-step stepper, the current step's filled fields in sections (dates, day chips, radio cards, a toggle), an inline validation error and a summary side panel; on mobile one question per screen with progress. Playful style: vivid purple, Fredoka headings with Nunito, pill buttons, rounded cards and soft shadows. Comes with the full HTML and a DESIGN.md with light and dark colour tokens.
