Card declined at checkout screen — web, brutalist style

Checkout: card declined screen for a web app, designed for Juniper Supply, a fictional commerce product. Shows the checkout after a declined card: an error alert in the payment section saying why and what to do, the card field marked with an icon and message, other payment options kept visible, and the Pay button ready to retry. Brutalist style: high contrast, Space Grotesk, uppercase headings, thick black borders and hard offset shadows. Comes with the full HTML and a DESIGN.md with light and dark colour tokens.
