Member notes

What members say

I was nervous walking in. Kenji had me squatting a broomstick in front of a mirror and nobody looked twice. Two years on, the 6:15 crew is the best part of my week.

The timetable actually fits a shift pattern. I book lunch conditioning on my phone between meetings.

Coaches fix your form without making a show of it. Saturday sled day is loud in the best way.
