Questions

Which animals do you see?

Dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, gerbils and ferrets. We refer birds and reptiles.

What if my pet is unwell at night?

Call the night line on (555) 016-7711. It reaches the vet on call, who will say where to go and what to bring.

My rabbit has stopped eating. Can it wait?

Please call us the same day if your rabbit stops eating or passing droppings. Bring their bonded friend along too.

How do repeat prescriptions work?

Ask at least 48 hours before you run out. A vet needs to have seen your pet in the last six months, so we may ask you to book a quick check first.

My dog is nervous. Can we wait outside?

Yes. Wait in the car or the garden and we will fetch you when the room is ready.

Is a wellness plan the same as pet insurance?

No. A plan spreads the cost of routine care over 12 months. It does not cover illness or accidents.
