I'm not sure if my child needs to come in. What should I do?

Call the nurse line on (555) 014-2231. A pediatric nurse will talk it through with you and tell you where to go next.

Which door do we use?

Checkups, new babies and form visits use the well side. Same-day sick visits use the sick side.

What if you are closed?

Call the main number, (555) 014-2230. The on-call clinician will route you to the right place.

Can we wait in the car?

Yes. Text us from the parking lot and we will call you when your room is ready.

What should I bring to a first visit?

Hospital discharge papers, your insurance card and photo ID, any previous records, a spare diaper and the questions you wrote down at 3 AM.

How quickly will you answer a portal message?

Within one working day. The portal is for things that can wait, so please phone if your child is sick today.
