How selling with me works
Most sales take two to four months from valuation to closing. I call you every week, whether or not there is news.

What my fees cover
A general guide. Your written listing or buyer agreement sets out the fee for your own sale or purchase. If the two differ, follow your agreement.

Why work with a one-agent business?
You speak to the same person from the valuation to closing. I take on fewer homes so I can run every viewing myself.
How much is a valuation?
Nothing. I visit, then send a written price range and the sales it was based on.
How long are your listing agreements?
Twelve weeks, then month to month until you end it in writing.
Do you work with buyers too?
Yes. Lucia and I represent buyers under a written buyer agreement that sets out the fee before you view.
Can you represent the buyer and seller on one home?
Only where local rules allow it and both sides agree in writing. Otherwise I refer the buyer to another agent.
How do I know a payment request is real?
Call me on a number you already have before sending money. I never change bank details by email.
