Questions
How long does a new home take to build?
Usually eight to twelve months from reservation to keys, depending on the plan, the plot and the weather.
Can I change a floor plan?
Some plans offer set options, such as an extra bedroom or a home office. Your sales adviser shows which apply.
When do I choose finishes?
At the design studio, soon after you reserve. You sign off a full specification before building starts.
Can I visit while my home is being built?
Yes, on booked visits with your site manager. Sites are active work zones, so please do not visit alone.
What warranty comes with the home?
Warranty details are in your contract. Your sales adviser can give you a copy to read before you reserve.
Do I need to sell my current home first?
Not always. Talk to your sales adviser and your lender about timing before you reserve.
