How booking works
Most guests book in a few minutes. If you would rather talk it through, call the bookings line.
- Choose your datesPick a stay and your dates. The total, with cleaning and linen, shows before you pay.
- Pay the depositPay the deposit to hold your dates. The balance is due six weeks before arrival.
- Get your arrival guideTwo days before you come, we send directions, parking notes and the wifi details.
- Check in with the key safeThe guide includes your key safe code. Arrive any time after 4:00 PM and let yourself in.
Booking terms and house rules
A general guide. Your booking confirmation sets out the terms for your own stay. If the two differ, follow your confirmation.

The price you see includes cleaning and linen, and the person who answers the phone knows the home.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel more than six weeks before arrival and we refund your deposit. Inside six weeks, we refund what we can if the dates are rebooked.
Can I bring my dog?
Stays marked dog friendly take up to two dogs. There is a small cleaning charge, shown before you pay.
Is there parking?
Each listing says how many cars fit and whether parking is on the drive or on the street.
Do any stays have step-free access?
Gull Cottage has a step-free entrance and a ground floor bedroom. Each listing gives door widths and step counts, so you can check what suits you, or call and ask a host.
Can I check in late?
Yes. Every home has a key safe, so you can arrive any time after 4:00 PM.
How do I know a payment request is real?
Only pay on this site or by phone with our office. We never send bank details by text or message.
