- Hold, sign and move inA $250 holding deposit takes the home off the market. Then sign, show renters insurance and book the freight elevator.

Every applicant is checked against the same written criteria, and every fee is listed before you apply.
What income do I need to qualify?
Monthly household income of about 2.5 times the rent. If you are short of that, we accept a guarantor or a larger deposit.
How long are the leases?
Twelve months as standard, with terms from 6 to 18 months at a different rent.
Which utilities are included?
A flat $65 a month covers water, sewer and trash. Electricity and internet are in your name.
Is parking included?
No. Garage spaces are $165 a month, subject to availability. Bike room access is free.
Are any homes accessible?
Every floor is step-free from the street, and a set of homes has wider doors and roll-in showers. Tell us about any accommodation you need.
Can I end my lease early?
Yes, with 60 days' notice and a set fee of one month's rent. Your lease spells this out.
