Private sales of homes, estates and penthouses
Fenmoor & Hale handles the sale of high-value homes, often without a public listing. Every viewing is arranged in advance, and every buyer is qualified before they see a home.

A small agency for a small number of homes

Photography and film
Architectural photography, a short film, drone views of the grounds and a measured floor plan.
Buyer search
A written brief, early notice of homes that are not publicly listed and second viewings at short notice.
Buyer qualification
Proof of funds and identity checked before any viewing, so owners know who walks through the door.
Relocation help
School lists, short lets while you search, and introductions to local lawyers and surveyors.
Valuations
A price range based on comparable sales and the features of the plot, explained in a written report.

Questions
What does not publicly listed mean?
The home is not on any public site. We share details only with buyers we have qualified.
Why do you check buyers before a viewing?
Owners want to know who is coming. We ask for proof of identity and funds first.
Can I see a home at short notice?
Often, yes. Once you are qualified, your adviser can arrange a visit within a few days.
Do you help buyers moving from abroad?
Yes. We can arrange video viewings, short lets and introductions to local lawyers.
How long are your sale terms?
Sole agency terms run for twelve weeks, then continue month to month until you end them.
How do I know a payment request is real?
Call your adviser on a number you trust before sending money. We never change bank details by email.
Thinking of a private sale?
Book a private valuation, or ask an adviser about homes that are not publicly listed.
