Post-surgery rehab
Structured rehab that follows your surgeon's protocol, from the first weeks at home to normal activity.
We are an outpatient clinic, not an urgent care service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Kestrelgate Physio is hands-on treatment and exercise rehab for sports injuries, sore backs, life after surgery and everything in between.
Every programme starts with a first assessment. If you are not sure which one fits, choose Not sure yet and your physio will talk it through with you.
Structured rehab that follows your surgeon's protocol, from the first weeks at home to normal activity.
Muscle strains, sprains and tendon problems, with testing before you go back to training.
One-to-one assessment and exercise, with a class to carry on with.
Private one-to-one care for bladder symptoms, pelvic pain, and antenatal and postnatal needs.
Treadmill video analysis, strength tests and a training load plan.
Groups of up to eight in the rehab gym, led by a physio. We check a class suits you at your assessment.
Not on the list? We look at the whole person, so book anyway and tell us what you have noticed.
Everyone's path is different. Your physio will talk you through what to expect and adjust it as you go.
Your history, movement tests and a clear explanation of what we found.
Goals in your words, from lifting a toddler to a Sunday run, and how often to come in.
Manual therapy where it helps, guided exercise that moves on as you do, and a short home programme with video reminders.
Practice for your sport, job or daily routine, then a final review and a plan to keep going.
You will be matched to the physio whose focus fits your problem, or you can ask for someone by name.
