How management works
Most owners move over to us within two to three weeks. Your manager handles the handover with your current agent or tenants.
- Rental estimateA manager visits, then sends a rent range with the nearby lets it was based on.
- Agreement and setupYou choose a plan, set a repair approval limit and give us keys and gas and electrical certificates.
- Letting or takeoverWe find and reference a tenant, or introduce ourselves to the tenant already in the home.
- Monthly managementRent collected, repairs handled, inspections every six months and a statement each month.

Questions
How do you set the rent?
Your manager looks at similar homes let nearby in recent months, then sends you a range with the lets it was based on.
Do I approve repairs?
You set a limit when you sign up. Jobs under it go ahead, and anything above it waits for your yes, except emergencies.
When do I get paid?
Within three working days of the tenant's rent reaching us, with the month's statement.
Can you take over from my current agent?
Yes. We collect the keys, lease and deposit records and write to your tenant to introduce their new manager.
How do tenants report a repair?
Online with photos for anything routine, or by phone on the 24-hour repair line for emergencies.
Can I end the agreement?
Yes, with two months' written notice. Your agreement sets out how any current lease is handed back to you.
