Every home has a dishwasher, gas range, central heating and cooling, and keyless entry. Rents below are from prices on a 12-month lease.
Ember studio
485 sq ft with a sleeping area that fits a queen bed, a walk-in closet and a kitchenette with full-size appliances. From $1,640.
Hearth one bedroom
690 sq ft with a private balcony off the living room, a walk-in closet and a washer and dryer. From $2,060.
Kiln two bedroom
985 sq ft with bedrooms at opposite ends, a primary bath and an open kitchen with room for a table. From $2,780.
Foundry three bedroom
1,240 sq ft corner home with windows on two sides, a wide balcony and its own storage locker. From $3,520.
Parking and storage
Garage spaces at $165 a month, car charging bays, a secure bike room with a repair stand and storage lockers.
Pets
Up to two cats or dogs per home. A one-time $300 pet fee, $35 a month per pet and a dog run on the roof.

Questions
What income do I need to qualify?
Monthly household income of about 2.5 times the rent. If you are short of that, we accept a guarantor or a larger deposit.
How long are the leases?
Twelve months as standard, with terms from 6 to 18 months at a different rent.
Which utilities are included?
A flat $65 a month covers water, sewer and trash. Electricity and internet are in your name.
Is parking included?
No. Garage spaces are $165 a month, subject to availability. Bike room access is free.
Are any homes accessible?
Every floor is step-free from the street, and a set of homes has wider doors and roll-in showers. Tell us about any accommodation you need.
Can I end my lease early?
Yes, with 60 days' notice and a set fee of one month's rent. Your lease spells this out.
