Orthodontist
Patients range from first-look seven year olds to adults coming back after braces years ago.
Anything that feels life threatening or cannot wait? In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Wraybrook Orthodontics starts everyone with a free consult, then maps out each step from your first scan to your last retainer check.
Which option suits a bite is a clinical decision. The orthodontist will talk through each one with you.
| Service | What it covers | Who it suits |
|---|---|---|
| Early checks for children | A first look while baby and adult teeth are both there, to see whether anything needs doing now. | Children from around age 7 |
| Braces | Small brackets joined by a wire, in metal or tooth-colored, with elastic colors to choose if you like. | A wide range of bites, often children and teens |
| Clear aligners | Thin clear trays that come out to eat and brush, changed at home between visits. | Teens and adults who can keep trays in as planned |
| Adult orthodontics | We check with your dentist that gums and dental work are ready before anything starts. | Adults, including those with crowns or bridges |
| Retainers | Worn after active treatment, with reviews over the first year. | Everyone finishing active treatment |
| Repairs | Loose brackets and wires, with a repair slot when one is needed, often the same week. | Patients in active treatment |
Not sure what to call it? Tell us what you would like to change and we will take a look at your consult.
You always know where you are, what comes next, and who to ask.
A general guide, not a recommendation. The orthodontist will talk through both at your consult.
