Questions

The oven goes on at 2:00 AM, the first loaves come out at seven, and every cake is made for one person's order.

What time is the bread out?

The first loaves are on the shelves at 7:00 AM. A second bake of sourdough and baguettes comes out at 11:00 AM.

How far ahead should I order a cake?

Five days for a celebration cake. For a wedding or a cake for more than 20, give us two weeks.

Can you cater for allergies?

We use flour, nuts, eggs, milk and sesame on the same benches, so please ask staff before you order.

Do you sell out?

Often, by early afternoon on a Saturday. Pre-order by 3:00 PM the day before to hold a loaf.

What happens in a bread class?

You mix, knead, shape and bake a loaf over three hours, then sit down to lunch. Six places each Sunday.

Do you deliver to homes?

No. Home orders are collected from the counter. The van only does the wholesale round.
