Your rehab

A first course of care, step by step

Everyone’s path is different. Your physio will talk you through what to expect and adjust it as you go.

  1. Step 1

    Assessment

    First visit, 45 min

Your history, movement tests and a clear explanation of what we found.

  2. Step 2

    Plan

    Same visit

Goals in your words, from lifting a toddler to a Sunday run, and how often to come in.

  3. Step 3

    Hands-on and exercise sessions

    Often weekly to begin

Manual therapy where it helps, and guided exercise that moves on as you do.

  4. Step 4

    Home programme

    Between visits

A short set of exercises with video reminders, changed as you go.

  5. Step 5

    Return to activity

    As agreed with your physio

Practice for your sport, job or daily routine, then a final review and a plan to keep going.
