Time-off request (request) screen — mobile, brutalist style
Request time off screen for a mobile app, designed for Rosterline, a fictional operations product. Shows an employee’s time-off request form with leave type chips, from/to dates, half-day toggles, a note for the manager, the shifts that would be released (one needs cover) and a summary with the balance before and after. Brutalist style: high contrast, Space Grotesk, uppercase headings, thick black borders and hard offset shadows. Comes with the full HTML and a DESIGN.md with light and dark colour tokens.
