Shows an employee’s time-off request form with leave type chips, from/to dates, half-day toggles, a note for the manager, the shifts that would be released (one needs cover) and a summary with the balance before and after. Playful style: vivid purple, Fredoka headings with Nunito, pill buttons, rounded cards and soft shadows. Comes with the full HTML and a DESIGN.md with light and dark colour tokens.
