An about page tells visitors who is behind a product and why it exists. Our examples pair a mission statement and a founding story with company stats, an eight-person team grid and four values cards, so you can compare how the same content reads in minimal, editorial, brutalist and five other visual styles on desktop and mobile. Every example is an original design that comes with its HTML code and a DESIGN.md of colour, type and spacing tokens, in light and dark. Free to use and adapt.

An about page should cover what the company does, why it started, who runs it and what it believes. A mission statement, a short founding story, a few concrete figures, team photos with roles and a set of values give visitors enough to trust you. Finish with a clear next step such as careers or contact.
Only while the team is small enough to scan comfortably. A grid of eight to twenty people works well; beyond that, show the leadership team and link to a careers or people page. Keep names, roles and photos consistent, and get permission before publishing anyone's photo.
Long enough to answer who, what and why, and no longer. Most about pages work as a handful of short sections: mission, story, figures, team and values. Break the text into scannable blocks with clear headings and keep the founding story to two or three short paragraphs.
