Inventory screens are about what to reorder and what just arrived. These examples show a low-stock table with on hand against par level, stock bars, Low, Critical, Out and On order badges, suggested order quantities and bulk purchase orders, plus a receive-delivery form with ordered against received quantities and a shortage note. Every example is an original design that comes with its HTML code and a DESIGN.md of colour, type and spacing tokens, in light and dark. Free to use and adapt.

Spot low stock and receive a delivery

Inventory stock design tips

Sort by urgency and show on hand against par level, not on hand alone.
Use badges with words (Low, Out, On order), not colour alone.
When receiving stock, start every line at the ordered quantity and highlight differences.
Update counts only when the person confirms, and say so.

Questions

What is a par level?

The quantity a location wants on hand after each delivery. Items below it are flagged as low, and the difference suggests how much to reorder.
