An end-of-page call to action catches readers who have scrolled through everything and are ready to act. Our examples show a dark banner with a headline, a supporting subhead, an email field, a primary button and short reassurance points, so you can compare one conversion section across eight visual styles, on desktop and mobile, light and dark. Every example is an original design that comes with its HTML code and a DESIGN.md of colour, type and spacing tokens, in light and dark. Free to use and adapt.

Place a primary call to action in the hero, repeat it after key sections that build the case, and finish with a dedicated banner at the end. Readers decide at different points, so each major scroll stop should offer the same clear next step without introducing competing actions.
It names a specific, low-effort action and the benefit of taking it. Use verbs and outcomes, such as Get your free report, and address the main objection nearby, for example no card required. Keep it short and consistent with the promise made in the headline.
An inline email field works well when the next step is a sign-up or trial that needs only an email address, since it removes a page load. For anything needing more detail, use a button that leads to a dedicated form. Never ask for more than the banner can comfortably hold.
