An app home screen should answer what to do today the moment it opens. Our health and fitness examples show a personal greeting, activity rings, a next-workout card, a streak tracker, a habit checklist and a weekly active-minutes chart, designed for mobile and web across eight visual styles, each with HTML and light and dark design tokens. Every example is an original design that comes with its HTML code and a DESIGN.md of colour, type and spacing tokens, in light and dark. Free to use and adapt.

Use one ring or bar per goal with a distinct colour, show the current value and target in text beside it, and keep the scale consistent from day to day. Make sure progress is readable without colour by including numbers, and test rings for contrast in dark mode.
Yes, where it helps people act. A greeting, today's plan and progress based on their own goals make the screen useful immediately. Avoid personalisation that feels intrusive or unexplained, and give people control over which modules appear and in what order.
