A bento feature grid presents several product features at once in tiles of different sizes. Our examples show mixed-size feature tiles, each with a short heading, a line of copy and a small product visual, designed for web and mobile in eight visual styles from minimal to brutalist, each with light and dark themes. Every example is an original design that comes with its HTML code and a DESIGN.md of colour, type and spacing tokens, in light and dark. Free to use and adapt.

A bento grid is a layout of rectangular tiles in varied sizes arranged into a tidy grid, named after the compartments of a Japanese bento box. It is often used on landing pages to show several features at once while giving some more emphasis than others.
Build it with CSS Grid using spans for larger tiles, then reduce the column count at smaller widths. On phones, tiles usually stack into one or two columns. Check the reading order and keep visuals legible, simplifying them where tiles become narrow.
Somewhere between four and eight tiles is common. Fewer can look sparse, and more becomes hard to absorb. One or two large tiles plus several smaller ones creates a clear hierarchy without the grid feeling like a cluttered dashboard.
