A navigation header with a mega menu lets visitors see a whole product range in one panel instead of hunting through dropdowns. Our examples show a site header with an open Product menu of icon links and a featured card, plus sign-in and a start-free button, laid out for desktop and mobile across eight visual styles in light and dark. Every example is an original design that comes with its HTML code and a DESIGN.md of colour, type and spacing tokens, in light and dark. Free to use and adapt.

When a top-level section has more options than a simple dropdown can show clearly, such as a product range with several distinct tools or a large catalogue. If a section has only a handful of links, a standard dropdown or a direct link is simpler and faster to use.
Use buttons with aria-expanded to open each panel, make every link reachable by keyboard in a logical order, close the panel with Escape and return focus to its trigger. Avoid opening on hover alone, and make sure the panel does not cover content people are trying to read.
A logo linking home, the main sections, a search option if the site is large, a sign-in link for existing users and one primary call to action. Keep the number of top-level items small, usually five to seven, and use the same header across the site.
