A scored comparison goes further than checkmarks: it rates each option on weighted criteria and says how the scores were measured. These examples compare three placeholder plans with overall score rings, six weighted criteria with 0–10 bars, footnote markers and a numbered sources list, on web and mobile. Every example is an original design that comes with its HTML code and a DESIGN.md of colour, type and spacing tokens, in light and dark. Free to use and adapt.

Multiply each criterion’s score by its weight, add the results and divide by the total weight. With weights in percent adding to 100, that’s the sum of score × weight ÷ 100.
Footnotes show how each score was measured and when, so readers can check it and you can update it when things change.
