A sign-up page turns interested visitors into account holders with as little friction as possible. Our examples show Google and SSO buttons, name, work email and password fields with a strength meter, a terms checkbox and a link to log in, designed for web and mobile in eight visual styles, light and dark. Every example is an original design that comes with its HTML code and a DESIGN.md of colour, type and spacing tokens, in light and dark. Free to use and adapt.

As few as you can manage, often just email and password, or a single social sign-in button. Every extra field gives people another reason to stop. Collect additional profile details after the account exists, when the person already has a reason to continue.
Usually not. A show-password toggle lets people check what they typed and removes the need for a second field. If you are concerned about typos, rely on email-based password reset as the safety net rather than adding friction for everyone.
Requirements depend on your jurisdiction and what you are asking people to agree to, so check with legal advice. Often a line stating that creating an account means agreeing to the terms is used, while separate consent such as marketing emails needs its own unticked checkbox.
