A team members page lets admins see who has access, what role they hold and invite new people. Our examples show a members table with roles, statuses and last-active times, seat usage and an open invite modal with email chips and a role picker, designed for web and mobile in eight visual styles, light and dark. Every example is an original design that comes with its HTML code and a DESIGN.md of colour, type and spacing tokens, in light and dark. Free to use and adapt.

Invite a teammate · Review team access
Name and email, role, status such as active or invited, and last active time cover most admin needs. Add team or group membership if your product uses them. Keep row actions such as change role or remove in a menu to avoid clutter.
Accept a list of emails in one field, convert each into a removable chip and apply a role to the batch with the option to adjust individually. Validate addresses as they are added, and confirm how many invites were sent once the modal closes.
Ask for confirmation that names the person and explains what happens to their content and access. Offer to reassign their work where relevant. Removal should take effect immediately for security, while their past activity remains attributed to them in history.
