Frequently asked questions

What file should I send to my printer?

Choose “Print shop” — it has the front and back at 600 DPI with 3 mm bleed and crop marks, which is what most printers ask for. Check your printer's exact requirements too.

How do I print at home?

Choose “Home printing”, print page 1, put the sheet back in the printer, and print page 2 on the back — the backs are mirrored so they line up. Use card stock of 250–350 gsm and cut along the guides.

Which size should I choose?

3.5 × 2 inches is standard in the US and Canada; 85 × 55 mm in most of Europe; 91 × 55 mm in Japan.

Can I use my own logo?

Yes — a PNG with a transparent background looks best. It appears on the front and is centred on the back.

Is my information uploaded?

No. Your cards are designed on your device.
