Frequently asked questions

How do I convert a PDF to JPG?

Drop the PDF in, keep JPEG selected, choose a resolution and click “Export images”. Each page is saved as its own JPG file, and several pages are bundled in a ZIP.

What resolution should I choose?

Screen (72 DPI) is fine for quick web previews, Standard (144 DPI) suits most screens and social posts, and Print (216 DPI) gives the sharpest pages for printing or zooming — with larger files.

Can I convert just one page?

Yes. Type the page number in the Pages box (for example 3, or a range like 2-4) and only those pages are exported.

Should I pick JPG or PNG?

JPG gives smaller files and suits photos and scanned pages. Choose PNG (also available here) for crisp text, line art or diagrams, where JPG compression can blur edges.

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

No. Pages are rendered in your browser with PDF.js, so confidential documents never leave your device.
