Angel Coloring Pages
Make free printable angel coloring pages from 13 angels we drew ourselves: an angel with a trumpet, a praying angel, a tree-topper angel, an angel holding a star, a cherub on a cloud, a guardian angel with a child, a pair of angel wings, a snow angel, an angel with a harp, an angel choir, an angel ornament, an angel with a candle and an angel with a dove. Every angel is our own simple drawing with a halo, a robe and feathered wings, with no film, cartoon or named angels, so the pages suit homes, churches, schools and parties. Print one big angel on a page, a grid of four or six small pictures, angels over the hills, a fold-in-half card, or an angel mandala with small angels round the edge and a new pattern at the press of a button. Blank angels to finish prints 1, 2, 4 or 6 angels with no face, so children can draw the face themselves; one fills a 186 mm square on US Letter. Type a child’s name for a name page, or paste a class list to get the same angel for everyone with each name at the top. Choose simple, medium or detailed lines, never thinner than 0.5 mm. Download one multi-page PDF for US Letter or A4, a 300 DPI PNG of every page, or an SVG. No sign-up, no watermark.

Angels in Christmas carols
| Carol | Words | First printed (hymnary.org) |
|---|---|---|
| Hark! The Herald Angels Sing | Charles Wesley | 1739, in Hymns and Sacred Poems, as “Hymn for Christmas Day”; George Whitefield changed the opening line in 1753 |
| Angels from the Realms of Glory | James Montgomery | Christmas Eve 1816, in the Sheffield Iris, a newspaper he edited |
| Angels We Have Heard on High | French noel from the Languedoc region; English by James Chadwick | “Les anges dans nos campagnes”; the English version later appeared in Crown of Jesus Music (1862) |
In the Christmas story itself, Luke 2:13 tells of “a multitude of the heavenly host” with the angel. Our Angel choir and Angels over the hills pages are drawn from that picture.

| 4 | 89 mm square | 86 mm square |
| 6 | 77 mm square | 83 mm square |
