St. Patrick’s Day Coloring Pages
Make free printable St. Patrick’s Day coloring pages from 14 pictures we drew ourselves: a shamrock, a four-leaf clover, a leprechaun, a pot of gold, a rainbow, gold coins, a horseshoe, a leprechaun hat, a bow tie, a harp, a knot pattern, a buckled shoe, a shamrock wreath and shamrock bunting. The leprechaun is our own simple drawing, and there are no cartoon characters or brands on any page. Print one big picture on a page, a grid of four or six small pictures, a rainbow scene with a pot of gold, a fold-in-half card, or a shamrock mandala with a new pattern at the press of a button. Type a child’s name for a name page in hollow letters to color, such as “Lucky you, Maya”, or paste a class list to get the same picture for everyone with each child’s name at the top. Choose simple, medium or detailed lines: the same picture gets more to color, and the lines get finer, never thinner than 0.5 mm. St. Patrick’s Day falls on 17 March every year; in 2027 that is a Wednesday. Download everything as one multi-page PDF for US Letter or A4, a 300 DPI PNG of every page, or an SVG. No sign-up, no watermark.

Printing tips
- Every page keeps a 12.7 mm (half inch) margin from the paper edge, on US Letter and A4.
- Plain paper is fine for crayons and pencils; use thicker paper or card for markers and paint.
- Print one page first and check it before printing a whole pack or class set.
- Choose Detailed lines with fine pens or sharp pencils, and Simple lines with chunky crayons.
- For the card, print one side only, then fold the sheet in half with the picture on the outside; the inside stays blank for a message.

Frequently asked questions
Are these St. Patrick’s Day coloring pages free?
Yes. Every page is free to make, download and print, with no sign-up and no watermark. All the pictures are our own drawings.
How do I print the coloring pages?
Download the PDF and print it on plain paper. Choose 100% or Actual size to keep the margins as drawn; Fit to page also works if your printer cuts off the edges. Card or thicker paper takes markers and paint better.
Which pages suit toddlers and preschoolers?
Choose Simple lines: big shapes with thick outlines that are easy to stay inside. The shamrock, the horseshoe, the hat and the rainbow are the simplest pictures. Medium adds small shamrocks, buckles and stripes, and Detailed adds dots, sparkles and fine lines.
Is there a leprechaun coloring page?
Yes. Pick Leprechaun: a small figure in a buckled hat and coat with a beard and pointed shoes. It is our own simple drawing, not a copy of any brand mascot or cartoon character.
What is the difference between a shamrock and a four-leaf clover?
A shamrock has three leaves; a four-leaf clover has four and is the traditional lucky find. Both are here as separate pictures, and the shamrock mandala uses both in its rings.
Can I put my child’s name on a coloring page?
Yes. Choose Name page and type the name. The name is drawn in large hollow letters to color, under the greeting “Lucky you,” with a shamrock, a pot of gold and a leprechaun hat below. You can change the greeting or remove it.
Can I make a page for every child in my class?
Yes. Choose Class set, pick a picture and paste the names, one per line, up to 40. Each child gets the same picture with their own name in hollow letters at the top, all in one PDF.
Are there St. Patrick’s Day coloring pages for adults?
Yes. Choose Shamrock mandala with Detailed lines: each pattern number gives a different symmetric design with a shamrock at the center and a ring of shamrocks at the edge. Choose 16 repeats for the most intricate pattern.
When is St. Patrick’s Day 2027?
St. Patrick’s Day is on 17 March every year. In 2027 it is on Wednesday 17 March 2027, and it is a bank holiday in Northern Ireland.
Is anything uploaded?
No. Everything runs in your browser. Names and words are not sent anywhere, and nothing is saved when you close the page.
