Christmas Labels
Make printable Christmas labels for free, on the label sheets you can already buy. Paste your Christmas card list and get one addressed label each, or fill a sheet with your return address, To and From gift labels, jar and tin labels or round envelope seals. There are 17 sheet layouts for US Letter and A4, plus your own sheet if you type its numbers, and every measurement is shown so you can check it against your pack. Start from any label on a part-used sheet, nudge the print if your printer runs slightly off, and print a test page of outlines first. Designs are our own Christmas drawings, with 12 looks and 21 pictures. Names in Chinese, Korean, Arabic, Russian and other scripts are supported. Download a true-size PDF or a 300 DPI PNG. No sign-up, no watermark.
100% private — everything runs in your browser. Addresses stay in your browser; the PDF and PNG are made on your device.

Runs in your browser with our own code; addresses never leave your device, and nothing is saved. Every picture is our own drawing. Print the test page on plain paper first, at 100% (Actual size), and hold it over your label sheet against a window. Sheet layouts were read from published measurements. Made Good Designs is not affiliated with Avery or Label Planet; the names only describe which sheets the layouts follow.

Pitch is the distance from the start of one label to the start of the next. Measurements were read from LibreOffice’s label table (labels.xml) and, for Label Planet sheets, Label Planet’s template pages. Sources do not always agree: for Avery 5293, the gLabels template data puts the circles up to 1.4 mm away from the LibreOffice grid, so print the test page first. Codes are given only so you can match your pack. Made Good Designs is not affiliated with Avery or Label Planet.

Getting labels to line up
- Print the test page on plain paper before you use a label sheet.
- Set the print dialog to 100% or Actual size. Fit to page shrinks everything.
- Hold the test page over a label sheet against a window to compare them.
- Use the nudge boxes if the whole print sits off by a millimetre or two.
- Choose your printer’s label paper setting if it has one.
- For jar lids, measure the flat top of the lid and pick a round label that fits inside it.

Frequently asked questions
How do I print Christmas address labels?
Paste your list, choose your sheet, then print the test page on plain paper at 100%, “Actual size”. Hold it over a label sheet against a window. When the outlines line up, download the PDF and print it on the labels.
How should I paste my address list?
Leave a blank line between addresses. You can also paste rows from a spreadsheet: a first row with headings such as Name, Address, City, State and Zip is recognised, and so is CSV with commas. Without headings, each row is read as name, street, then the rest.
Which label sheets does it fit?
The layouts follow published measurements for common sheets, shown in the table on this page, and you can type the numbers for any other sheet. Made Good Designs is not affiliated with Avery or Label Planet. Makers can change sheets, so always print the test page first.
Why is one round layout marked plain sticker paper?
We could not find published margins for the 2 inch round pre-cut sheets, so that layout is evenly spaced for cutting from plain sticker paper. If your pack lists its measurements, type them in under Your own sheet.
Can I use a sheet that is partly used?
Yes. Type the label number to start from: labels count from the top left, across and then down. The preview shows where each one lands.
My print is slightly off. What can I do?
Use the nudge boxes to move the whole print up to 5 mm in any direction, then print the test page again. Also check the print dialog is set to 100% and not Fit to page.
Can I use names in other scripts?
Yes. Names and addresses in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Russian and other scripts are drawn with your device’s fonts and placed in the PDF as 600 DPI pictures. It depends on your device having a font for that script.
Can I print labels on plain paper?
Yes. Tick the thin outlines option and print on full-sheet sticker paper or plain paper, then cut them out.
Are my addresses uploaded?
No. Everything runs in your browser. Addresses are not sent anywhere, and nothing is saved when you close the page.
