Easter Coloring Pages

Make free printable Easter coloring pages from 13 pictures we drew ourselves: a decorated egg, blank eggs to decorate yourself, eggs with your own words, a bunny, a chick, a hatching chick, a lamb, an egg basket, a nest with eggs, tulips, a daffodil, a carrot and a butterfly. Type names or short words on the eggs, such as “HOP” or a child’s name, and they are drawn as hollow letters to color. 3 faith pictures (a cross with flowers, the empty tomb at sunrise and an Easter lily) are there if you want them: they stay off until you tick the box. Print one big picture on a page, a grid of four or six small pictures, an egg hunt scene, a fold-in-half card, or an egg mandala with a new pattern at the press of a button. Type a name for a name page, such as “Happy Easter, Leo”, or paste a class list to get the same picture for every child with their own name at the top. Choose simple, medium or detailed lines, never thinner than 0.5 mm. Easter Sunday 2027 is Sunday 28 March 2027. Download one multi-page PDF for US Letter or A4, a 300 DPI PNG of every page, or an SVG. No sign-up, no watermark.

Printing tips

  • Every page keeps a 12.7 mm (half inch) margin from the paper edge, on US Letter and A4.
  • Plain paper is fine for crayons and pencils; use thicker paper or card for markers and paint.
  • Print one page first and check it before printing a whole pack or class set.
  • Choose Detailed lines with fine pens or sharp pencils, and Simple lines with chunky crayons.
  • For the card, print one side only, then fold the sheet in half with the picture on the outside; the inside stays blank for a message.

Frequently asked questions

Are these Easter coloring pages free?

Yes. Every page is free to make, download and print, with no sign-up and no watermark. All the pictures are our own drawings.

How do I print the coloring pages?

Download the PDF and print it on plain paper. Choose 100% or Actual size to keep the margins as drawn; Fit to page also works if your printer cuts off the edges. Card or thicker paper takes markers and paint better.

Which pages suit toddlers and preschoolers?

Choose Simple lines: big shapes with thick outlines that are easy to stay inside. The blank eggs, the carrot and the chick are the simplest pictures. Detailed adds small flowers, dots and fine lines for older children and adults.

Can children design their own Easter eggs?

Yes. Pick Blank eggs to decorate: three plain egg outlines on one page, so children can draw their own stripes, zigzags and dots before coloring. The decorated egg shows one way to do it.

Can I write names on the Easter eggs?

Yes. Pick Eggs with your words and type up to six words with commas between them, up to 10 letters each. Each word is drawn as hollow letters across its own egg, ready to color.

Are there religious Easter coloring pages?

Yes, if you want them. Tick “Include faith pictures” to add a cross with flowers, the empty tomb at sunrise and an Easter lily, plus the title “He Is Risen”. They are off by default, so the page starts with spring and egg pictures only.

Can I make a page for every child in my class?

Yes. Choose Class set, pick a picture and paste the names, one per line, up to 40. Each child gets the same picture with their own name in hollow letters at the top, all in one PDF.

Are there Easter coloring pages for adults?

Yes. Choose Egg mandala with Detailed lines: each pattern number gives a different symmetric design with an egg at the center and a ring of eggs at the edge. Choose 16 repeats for the most intricate pattern.

When is Easter 2027?

Easter Sunday 2027 is Sunday 28 March 2027. Good Friday is 26 March and Easter Monday is 29 March, which are bank holidays in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Is anything uploaded?

No. Everything runs in your browser. Names and words are not sent anywhere, and nothing is saved when you close the page.
