Split GIF

How do I get all the frames from a GIF?
Drop the GIF in and click Extract frames. Each frame appears with its display time; download them individually or as a ZIP.
Why do some extracted frames look different from a simple decode?
Many GIFs only store the part of each frame that changes. This tool rebuilds every frame fully, so each image looks exactly as it did in the animation.
Can I turn the frames back into a GIF?
Yes — edit them and use our GIF Maker.
Is my GIF uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser.
