Fall Coloring Pages

Make free printable fall coloring pages from 15 pictures we drew ourselves: a maple leaf, oak leaf, acorns, pumpkin, apple, sunflower, hay bale with a pumpkin, owl on a branch, squirrel with an acorn, mushrooms, leaf pile, harvest basket, autumn tree, rake and leaves and a cozy mug. There are no cartoon characters and no brand names, just leaves, harvest and woodland pictures with clear closed outlines that are easy to fill. Every picture comes in three line levels: simple, with big shapes and thick lines for little ones; medium; and detailed, with leaf veins, spots and small extra leaves for older children and adults. Print one big picture on a page, a grid of four or six small pictures, a fall scene with an autumn tree, a hay bale and pumpkins, a fold-in-half card, or a leaf mandala with a new pattern at the press of a button. The lettering poster spells out your own two lines, such as “Hello” and “Fall”, in hollow letters to color. Type a child’s name for a name page, or paste a class list to get the same picture for everyone with each child’s name at the top. Lines are never thinner than 0.5 mm. Download one multi-page PDF for US Letter or A4, a 300 DPI PNG of every page, or an SVG. No sign-up, no email, no watermark.

How to make and print fall coloring pages

  1. Choose what to make: one big picture, several small pictures, the fall scene, the lettering poster, a name page, a class set, a card, a leaf mandala, or a whole pack.
  2. Pick the picture, or tick the ones you want for a grid or pack.
  3. Choose the lines: simple for little ones, medium, or detailed for older children and adults.
  4. Add a title at the top, type the poster words, type a name for the name page, or paste your class list, and pick the lettering.
  5. Choose US Letter or A4 and download the PDF, or a PNG of every page.

Printing tips

  • Every page keeps a 12.7 mm (half inch) margin from the paper edge, on US Letter and A4.
  • Plain paper is fine for crayons and pencils; use thicker paper or card for markers and paint.
  • Print one page first and check it before printing a whole pack or class set.
  • Choose Detailed lines only with fine pens or sharp pencils, and Simple lines with chunky crayons.
  • For the card, print one side only, then fold the sheet in half with the picture on the outside; the inside stays blank for a message.

Frequently asked questions

Are these fall coloring pages free?

Yes. Every page is free to make, download and print, with no sign-up, no email and no watermark. All the pictures are our own drawings.

Which pages suit toddlers and preschoolers?

Choose Simple lines: big shapes with thick outlines. The oak leaf, the maple leaf and the apple have the fewest shapes, as the table shows.

Are there fall coloring pages for adults?

Yes. Choose Detailed lines for leaf veins and small extra leaves, or choose Leaf mandala: each pattern number gives a different symmetric design with a maple leaf in the middle. Choose 16 repeats for the most intricate pattern.

Can I make a page with my child’s name?

Yes. Choose Name page and type the name. It is drawn in large hollow letters to color, with a maple leaf, acorns and an oak leaf below and a row of small leaves at the bottom.

Can I make a page for every child in my class?

Yes. Choose Class set, pick a picture and paste the names, one per line, up to 40. Each child gets the same picture with their own name in hollow letters at the top, all in one PDF.

Can I sell what I make with these pages?

Yes. The pictures are our own drawings, and the terms are in the note under the tool. The lettering fonts keep their own open licenses.

Why is there no scarecrow or turkey?

The set keeps to leaves, harvest and woodland pictures without faces or characters, so it works from September to November and for any group. The owl and the squirrel are simple animal drawings.

How do I print the coloring pages?

Download the PDF and print it on plain paper. Choose 100% or Actual size to keep the margins as drawn; Fit to page also works if your printer cuts off the edges.

Is anything uploaded?

No. Everything runs in your browser. Names and words are not sent anywhere, and nothing is saved when you close the page.
