Sticker Sheet Maker

Put many different stickers on one sheet. Add your own pictures, words or our drawings, give each one its own size, shape and number of copies, and the tool packs them onto US Letter or A4 paper with the gaps you choose. Round, square, rounded and die-cut stickers can share a sheet, so a 3 inch label can sit next to a row of 1 inch dots. Download a true-size PDF with cut lines, 300 DPI PNG sheets, and an SVG of the cut lines for a cutting machine. Free, with no sign-up and no watermark, and your pictures stay on your device.

How to make a sticker sheet

  1. Add your designs: choose several pictures at once, drop or paste them, type some words, or click one of our drawings.
  2. For each design, set the shape, the width and how many copies you want. Round and square stickers keep their proportions, and die-cut stickers follow the outline of the picture.
  3. Choose your paper, then set the page margin and the gap between stickers. Tick “Fill the sheet” to use up the spare room with more copies.
  4. Check the preview. The pink lines show where each sticker is cut. Tick “Move stickers by dragging” if you want to place any by hand.
  5. Print the “Outline test PDF” on plain paper and hold your stickers’ paper against it, then download the PDF and print at 100% (Actual size).
  6. Cut around the lines by hand, or use the PNG or SVG with a cutting machine.

What you can use it for

  • Planner, journal and scrapbook sticker sheets with many small designs
  • Small business packaging: logo rounds, thank-you labels and care stickers on one sheet
  • Sticker sheets to sell, with your whole set in one layout
  • Party favours and classroom reward stickers
  • Blank square or round sticker templates to fill in by hand
  • Print shop files with a CutContour spot colour line

Many different stickers on one sheet

The Sticker Maker repeats one design, and Sticker Sizes lays out a grid of one size. This page is for a mixed sheet: different designs, in different sizes and shapes, side by side. It packs the biggest stickers first and fits smaller ones into the spaces left, and it can turn a sticker on its side when that makes more fit.

For example, two 3 × 2 in labels, six 2 in rounds and twelve 1 in dots come to 20 stickers, which fit on 1 US Letter sheet with a 10 mm margin and a 3 mm gap. Tick “Fill the sheet” and the spare room fills up with more copies, taking your designs in turn.

3 × 2 in7.6 × 5.1 cm910
4 × 2 in10.2 × 5.1 cm66
4 × 3 in10.2 × 7.6 cm44

These counts are for one size filling a full sheet, with a 10 mm page margin and a 3 mm gap, turned whichever way fits more. Round and square stickers of the same width take the same space.

Printing and cutting your sheet

  • Print the Outline test PDF on plain paper first. Each outline is numbered by design, so you can check the sizes before you use sticker paper.
  • Set the printer’s paper type to match your sticker paper, and let the ink dry before you cut.
  • To cut by hand, use the thin grey lines and sharp scissors or a craft knife. Keep shapes simple, and leave a wider gap.
  • On a cutting machine, a kiss cut goes through the sticker layer and leaves the backing whole, so the stickers stay on one sheet. A die cut goes through the backing too.
  • Cricut’s Print Then Cut area is about 17.1 × 23.5 cm, so use that paper setting here for a sheet that fits. Cricut and Silhouette are trademarks of their owners; Made Good Designs is not affiliated with them.
  • For one picture repeated in rows on pre-cut labels, the Label Maker matches common label sheets. To clear a busy background first, try Remove Background: that tool sends the picture to our server, and this page doesn’t.

Fonts and drawings

Words stickers use free fonts under the SIL Open Font License. If a font can’t load, your device’s own font is used. The drawings are our own, made for this page, and you can use them on your stickers, including ones you sell.

Frequently asked questions

How do I make a sticker sheet?

Add your pictures or words, set a shape, size and quantity for each design, choose Letter or A4, and download the PDF. Print it at 100% on sticker paper and cut around the lines.

Can I put different stickers on one sheet?

Yes. That is what this tool is for. Every design has its own size, shape and number of copies, and they are all packed onto the same sheet. If they need more room, a second sheet is added.

Is this sticker sheet maker free?

Yes. Every size, shape and download is free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on sheets you make.

Are my pictures uploaded?

No. Pictures are read and drawn in your browser, and nothing leaves your device or is stored. If you close the page, the sheet is gone, so download what you need first.

What size is a sticker sheet?

It’s usually the size of your sticker paper: US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) or A4 (210 × 297 mm). A5, 5.5 × 8.5 in and custom sizes are here too.

How many 2 inch stickers fit on a sheet?

With a 10 mm margin and a 3 mm gap, 12 fit on US Letter and 15 on A4. The table on this page lists other sizes.

How do I print stickers at the right size?

Print at 100% or “Actual size”, never “Fit to page”. If your margin is at least 8 mm, each PDF sheet has a 50 mm bar at the bottom, so you can check it with a ruler.

What paper should I use?

Sticker paper made for your printer: inkjet paper for inkjet, and heat-resistant paper for a laser printer. Matte is easy to write on, glossy looks brighter, and printable vinyl suits stickers that get handled a lot. Match your printer’s paper setting to it.

What resolution should my pictures be?

Aim for 300 DPI at the size you print. A 2 inch sticker needs a picture about 600 pixels wide. The tool tells you if a picture falls below 150 DPI at the size you chose.

How much gap should I leave between stickers?

At least 3 mm (about 1/8 in), which is the default. A wider gap is easier if you cut by hand.

What is bleed?

Bleed carries the picture a little past the cut line, so a cut that lands slightly off doesn’t leave a white sliver. The default is 1 mm. It can’t be more than half the gap, because neighbouring stickers would run into each other.

How do die-cut stickers work here?

Choose Die-cut and the cut line follows the outline of your picture, with an edge around it. It works best with a PNG that has a clear background. For a picture on a plain background, open More and tick “Remove a plain background”.

Can I use this with Cricut or Silhouette?

Yes. Choose the Print Then Cut area as your paper, tick the clear PNG background option and download the PNG. Or import the Cut lines SVG, which is true size. Made Good Designs is not affiliated with either brand.

What is the CutContour spot colour?

It’s a named colour that many print-and-cut workflows read as the path to cut, rather than as ink. Choose it under Edges, bleed and cut lines if a print shop asks for one, and check their file guide first.

Can I make a square sticker template?

Yes. Click “Add blank shape”, set its size and copies, and tick “Fill the sheet”. Open “Make every design the same” to change them all at once, then download the outline PDF.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. You can add pictures from your camera roll and download the PDF to print. Tick “Move stickers by dragging” only when you want to drag: otherwise the preview scrolls as normal.

Can I sell stickers I make here?

The tool adds no watermark and claims no rights in your files, so you can sell what you own. Use pictures you made or have the right to use: characters and logos belong to their owners. Our drawings are free to use on your stickers.
