How do I get a still image from a video?
Pause the player on the moment you want, choose “Only the current frame”, and click Extract frames. You get the frame at the video's full resolution.
What resolution are the frames?
The original resolution of the video by default, or 50% / 25% to save space.
JPG or PNG?
JPG files are much smaller; PNG is lossless — best if you'll edit the frames.
How many frames can I extract?
Up to 2,000 per run. Full-HD frames use a lot of memory, so pick a smaller size for very large batches.
Is my video uploaded?
No. Frames are captured by your browser on your device.
