Sticker Chart

Make a blank sticker chart that fits the stickers you already have, and print it free. Pick the sticker size, from 0.5 to 2 inches or 15 mm, then set the rows and columns or fill the whole page. Every space prints at the real size you choose, with a little room around it, and a 1 in test bar on the page shows that the print came out at actual size. Choose circles, squares, stars or hearts, number the spaces if you like, and add a plain or themed header. There are four layouts: a blank chart, a weekly chart of tasks and days, a class chart with one row per pupil, and pocket cards to cut out. Letter, A4, A5 or Half Letter; no sign-up, nothing uploaded.

All pictures are our own simple drawings. Everything runs in your browser: nothing you type is uploaded, and your work autosaves only in this browser. PDF export uses jsPDF and svg2pdf.js (MIT licence); print at 100% (actual size). Typed text prints in Helvetica, so use Latin letters for names and notes.

How to make a sticker chart

  2. Choose the chart: blank, weekly, class, or pocket cards.

Getting more from a sticker chart

  • For a sticker path or a child’s reward goal, the Reward Chart is the better fit; for household jobs and points, use the Chore Chart.
  • Making your own stickers? The Sticker Sizes page shows how many fit on a sheet, and the Sticker Maker makes the designs.
  • For older children, a habit tracker does the same job with ticks instead of stickers.
  • Laminate the chart and use reusable stickers or a dry-erase marker to use it again.

Frequently asked questions

What is a sticker chart?

A sheet of spaces for stickers. A child adds a sticker each time they finish something, and a full chart can earn a reward you agreed together. Teachers often use one for the whole class.

How do I make sure my stickers fit?

Measure a sticker across at its widest point and choose that size. Each space prints at exactly that size if you print at 100% or “Actual size”. The 1 in bar at the bottom of the page should measure exactly 1 inch; if it is shorter, turn off “Fit to page” in the print settings.

How many stickers fit on a page?

It depends on the size. With the reward box on US Letter, “Fill the page” gives 12 spaces at 2 in, 42 at 1 in and 168 at 0.5 in. The table below lists every size. Leave out the reward box and you may fit more.

What happens if I ask for too many rows?

If the rows and columns do not fit at your sticker size, the chart uses the next smaller size that fits, or tells you how many will fit, in the line under the preview.

Can I make a chart for my whole class?

Yes. Choose the class chart and paste the names, one per line. Each pupil gets a row of spaces, and long lists run on to more pages.

What are pocket cards?

Eight small cards on a page, each with its own name and sticker spaces. Cut along the dashed lines; children can keep them in a folder or planner.

How is this different from the Reward Chart tool?

The Reward Chart is built around one goal, with a sticker path or a numbered grid drawn to fit the page. The Sticker Chart starts from your stickers: real sizes, your own rows and columns, plus class charts and pocket cards.

Can I print it in black and white?

Yes. Tick “Ink saver” for an outline version that children can colour in.

Is it free?

Yes. No sign-up and no watermark, and the PDF is made in your browser.
