Frequently asked questions

Are the numbers truly random?

They come from crypto.getRandomValues, the same secure generator used for encryption keys, with rejection sampling so every number in the range is equally likely.

How do I get numbers without repeats?

Tick “No repeats”. You can't ask for more unique numbers than the range contains.

Can I pick a random name?

Yes — choose “Pick from a list”, enter one name per line, and choose how many winners.

Is anything stored?

No. Results stay in your browser.
